College teams are encouraged to offer NCSSAA sanctioned events throughout the season. These events can still operate as fundraisers or conference competitions. Scores from a sanctioned event count towards qualification for Nationals (see Qualification section on this page for more information).
The purpose of these sanctioned events is two-fold: it legitimizes our sport and allows teams the opportunity to display their respected ranges while raising money for budgets. Many teams have hosted events in the past; although the event had purpose for the team, it did not impact other teams attempting to qualify for Nationals. Now these matches have a much bigger purpose. Requirements for hosting an NCSSAA sanctioned event are as follows:
Please submit your event flyer and apply to sanction your collegiate event here.
September 9, 2023 - Coe College Clay Target Sporting Clays - 200
September 16-17, 2023 - Mid-Plains Community College Fall Flurry
September 29-October 1, 2023 - Lindenwood University Fall Open
February 23-25, 2024 - Lindenwood University Spring Open
Results from sanctioned events will be shared added as scores are finalized. Please reach out to info@futureusports.com with any questions.
